Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Use govern your use of our website www.skyfut.com and our application for mobile and handheld devices. The Website and the App are jointly referred to as the “Platform”. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before you utilise our services. By installing, downloading or even merely using the Platform, you shall be contracting with SkyFut and it will signify your acceptance to the Terms of Use and other SkyFut policies (including but not limited to the Cancellation & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy) as posted and updated on the Platform from time to time, which takes effect on the date on which you download, install or use the Services, and create a legally binding arrangement to abide by the same.

  • No outside food or drinks will be permitted on site. Smoking, Chewing Tobacco (Spitting) & Consumption of Alcohol is strictly prohibited in all areas of SkyFut & will result in an immediate expulsion.
  • All facilities provided at SkyFut are to be used at any individual’s own discretion. Users are strongly advised to seek medical advice before playing at SkyFut.
  • In case of any injuries or fatal accidents at SkyFut’s premises, SkyFut will not be held liable.
  • SkyFut pricing is dynamic, and is subject to change as per availability of slots

SkyFut Facility Usage Conditions

  • Please respect time. You are expected to vacate the ground as soon as your game time elapses & arrive on site at least 20 minutes before your selected time slot for payment and usage. This is also applicable for tournaments, coaching or any other special events reserved by you.
  • Footwear: Players are required to wear appropriate footwear. This includes moulded, rubber soles and trainers. Blades, metal spikes or screw-on studs are not permitted.
  • SkyFut will not tolerate any abusive and violent behaviour. If any individual violates this clause SkyFut holds all rights to cancel and stop any game with immediate effect and further restrict involved individual’s future entry on premises.
  • Changing rooms & toilets are provided on site along with Lockers. SkyFut is not responsible for the loss of any individual’s belongings.
  • Balls, Bibs or the Cricket Kit & other Sports Equipment will be provided before the game commences. Please take care while using any equipment provided, as you may be asked to bear the cost of any damaged goods or property.
  • SkyFut reserves the right to cancel any booking at its own discretion. In case a consumer is not responsible for the cancellation, SkyFut will refund all charges paid or reschedule the booking to a slot convenient to the consumer.
  • In case of cancellation of your selected slots, please inform SkyFut At least two hours prior to your booking time. Refunds applicable as per Cancelation & Refund policies. In case you do not cancel and fail to report on site before your booking time, SkyFut holds the rights to blacklist your registered mobile number from making any future online bookings.
  • In case of any natural calamities, political unrest and any unforeseen circumstances outside the control of SkyFut, that impact any bookings, SkyFut will refund all charges paid or reschedule the booking to slot convenient to the consumer.
  • SkyFut reserves the right to reallocate your booking in case no one claims the booking on-site 20 minutes prior to your selected time slot.
  • Timing: Each Slot for On-Ground Games is for 30 minutes only, however multiple slots can be booked at the same time. For example, in case two consecutive slots are booked the total time allotted will be 60 minutes.
  • Please respect the booking in progress before yours. Please ensure you wait for the on-going booking to finish their session before entering the pitch. Any complaints in relation to this will be taken seriously and could affect your standing when looking to make future bookings.

Skyfut Reward Points & Redemption

  • You are eligible to earn and redeem Skyfut Reward Points (SRP) if you are registered with Skyfut through its online platform (Website & App), over Call or in any other way. Registration includes, but is not limited to verifying your mobile number. SRPs are connected to your registered mobile numbers and cannot be transferred to any other account.
  • One SRP is equivalent to one rupee (INR). For every slot of half hour played at SkyFut, you earn 50 SRPs redeemable only against your next booking. This is subject to change without prior notice. You are expected to keep yourself up-to-date about any changes in this regard to avoid any disputes.
  • SRPs for booked slots will be auto-updated only after confirmed payment and usage of the booked slot at Skyfut locations.
  • If you are blacklisted, because of any afore mentioned reasons, all your unused points connected to the blacklisted mobile number will be cancelled, without any notice.
  • SRPs can be redeemed only against “On-Ground” bookings at Skyfut locations. SRPs cannot be exchanged for money and are non-transferable. Recharges in your Skyfut Accounts are not liable to any refunds.
  • While SRPs are a standard Skyfut facility, we reserve all rights to stop, temporarily withdraw or change this process without any prior notification.

Payment, Cancelation & Refunds

  • Payment for Skyfut Facilities (On-Ground Bookings etc.) can be made
    1. On-Location: By Cash, PayTm and Swiping All Major Cards
    2. By Cheque: In favor of Greenmor Energu Products Pvt Ltd
    3. Online: Though our payment gateway
    4. Redeeming SRPs.
  • Cancelling a booked slot at SkyFut is subject to cancelation charges of Rs. 50/- per half hour slot. These charges will be deducted from your SRPs and if your SRPs are negative, the charges will be auto-added to your next booking with SkyFut. Failure to pay these charges will result in your registered mobile number getting blacklisted.
  • In case you cancel a prepaid slot at SkyFut, no refund will be made of the paid amount. However, after deduction of the due cancelation charges, as mentioned above, the remaining balance will be added to your registered mobile number in your SkyFut Account as SkyFut Reward Points and you will be able to book another slot in the future by redeeming the same.

Bidding & Non-Acceptance

By making a bid for SkyFut Slots you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • SkyFut Bids are open to everyone, except people specifically barred from SkyFut. Your bids will be connected to your registered mobile number.
  • If you make a bid, you agree that you will utilize the Bid Slot, if you are announced the highest bidder.
  • You can make bids only in multiples of 50, failing which your bid will not be accepted.
  • You can exit a bid only upto one hour before the bid closing time as specified. In the last hour of the bid, all bids will be treated as final.
  • SkyFut Bids will close four hours prior to the scheduled slot time. The highest bidder will be intimated by SMS.
  • In case of cancellation/non-acceptance of bid placed by you (if you are the highest bidder), a cancelation charge will be levied, as per the bid Non-Acceptance charges mentioned in the bid. This will be reflected in your SkyFut Reward Points connected to your mobile number. The Bid Slot will then be allotted to the next highest bidder, and they will be notified by SMS.
  • If Non-Acceptance charges of a bid are not paid for, we reserve the right to blacklist you from making any future bids and using any other SkyFut facilities.
